As a landscape photographer hailing from the rugged shores of Ireland, I truly appreciated the culinary delights that the hotel had to offer. It felt like a taste of island life in days gone by, as I sat down to indulge in dishes that perfectly captured the essence of the region. From the delicate flavors of fresh lobster to the hearty richness of organic vegetables, each bite offered a journey through the island's bountiful offerings.One of my personal highlights was the delightful breakfast experience, where I indulged in warm brown bread that reminded me of mornings back home in Cork. The wide variety of local produce available for purchase added a special touch to the dining experience, allowing me to bring a piece of the island's flavors back with me.the House exceeded my expectations not just as a cozy retreat but as a culinary haven that beautifully complemented my exploration of the stunning surroundings.
